1. Returns Eligibility
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product delivered is damaged or defective
- The wrong item was delivered
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
2. Condition for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase must be provided
3. Refunds
Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method or another agreed method.
Please note that delivery and installation costs are non-refundable.
